Exploring Africa's greatest.

Nigeria (often referred to as the giant of Africa) is often known for its large population and economy. As at 2018, Nigeria was said to have reached an estimate of two hundred million people (200,000,000) with over ninety million (90,000,000) being under the age of eighteen (18). According to scialert.net, Nigeria will be double its population in twenty seven years i.e by 2046

Nigeria is also blessed with a lot of natural resources (especially oil) and little to no natural disasters. The resources Nigeria has, backed by its population makes the country and entrepreneurial haven to both local and foreign investors to invest in different aspects that helps the country’s economy ranging from tech to agriculture. This (mostly) gives the country the boost to be the world’s 20th largest economy and also identified as regional power on the African continent while also being identified as an emerging global power.

However, the economic pull isn't the only aspect that the country has in attracting people to its land. Nigeria has a host of tourist centres( natural wonders, beautiful parks and ranches )and makes $1.1 billion from tourism annually. The tourists are mostly attracted to the diversity in culture and beliefs in which the country embodies. Nigeria has over 250 ethnic groups all with distinct and unique cultural and religious practices with Yoruba, Igbo and Hausa being the major three.  This makes Nigeria a truly unique nation as tourists can't have enough of these displays and spectacles. It is also believed that there is a festival going on in a particular area of the country every single day, each year with the most popular festival being the Calabar carnival that takes place in cross river  every December.
